Consumers scan any product serial via the mobile wallet. The resolution engine instantly verifies the unit against its digital twin — confirming or flagging authenticity in real time.
Product Journey Access
Every owned product surfaces its complete provenance chain: manufacturer, production batch, QA clearance, packaging operator, shipment, and retail sale event.
Secure Identity Rotation
Consumer wallet identity is secured by a rotatable QR code. Identity rotation invalidates the previous token immediately, ensuring point-of-sale linkage remains exclusive.
Safety Recall Alerts
When an owned product is subject to a governance recall, the wallet surfaces an urgent safety alert automatically. The consumer does not need to check — the system notifies them.
Scan Streak & Rewards
Consumers earn provenance interaction streaks for verifying products. The reward layer incentivizes authenticity-checking behaviour without requiring retail integration.
Digital Certificate Vault
Every claimed purchase becomes a persistent digital certificate. The vault is the consumer's permanent record of authentic, governance-verified ownership.

The cashier scans your product serial at a governed POS terminal. A purchase receipt is created in the system.
Receive your claim code
A unique CLAIM-XXXXXX code is generated at the point of sale. This code is linked exclusively to your purchase event.
Claim in your Digital Wallet
Enter the claim code in the Scan tab of your wallet. The receipt is claimed — the product is now in your vault.
